These terms govern your use of Numblr (the "game"), published by Bahadır Arslan, an individual developer based in Türkiye ("we"). By using the game you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Questions: [email protected].
Using the game
- You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game on your own devices for your own entertainment.
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country if it is higher. If you are under the age of majority, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
- Do not copy, modify, decompile or resell the game, and do not interfere with the service or its security.
Your account
The game creates an anonymous player for you and lets you link a Google or Apple account to keep your progress across devices. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings; see the privacy policy for what happens to your data.
Fair play and conduct
- Play honestly. Do not use bots, scripts, modified apps, several accounts or any other way to cheat, manipulate leaderboards or duel results, or gain an unfair advantage.
- Nicknames must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, misleading, or impersonate other people or us. We may change or reset a nickname and may block names that break this rule.
- Be respectful to other players in duels and when you invite or add friends. You can report a nickname in the app.
- Features marked as assisted (for example the smart keyboard) are not counted on leaderboards or in duels.
Ads and purchases
- The game shows ads. You may choose to watch a rewarded ad to get a hint or to use the smart keyboard.
- You can remove ads with a one-time in-app purchase. It is not a subscription and it renews nothing. Payment is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play at the price shown in your currency, including taxes where they apply.
- The purchase belongs to your player account and is restored on your other devices when you sign in, or with "restore purchase" in the app.
- Refunds are decided by Apple or Google under their own rules. Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement applies to the iOS app together with these terms. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Duels, leaderboards and content
Duels, results, nicknames and leaderboard entries may be visible to your opponents, friends and other players as described in the privacy policy. We may remove results, reset ratings or limit accounts that cheat or abuse the service. We may add, change or remove features, game modes, ratings and leaderboards over time.
Availability and changes
We try to keep the game running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, suspend or stop the game. If we make a material change to these terms we will update the date above and tell you in the app. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept it.
Ending
You can stop using the game and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service.
Liability
The game is provided "as is" for entertainment. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for consumer rights that cannot be waived.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the competent consumer courts or arbitration committees there. Please contact us first so we can try to fix the problem.
