Delete your Numblr account

Last updated: 2026-11-01

This page explains how to delete your account in Numblr, the number guessing game by Bahadır Arslan, and what happens to your data. See also the privacy policy.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open Numblr and go to Settings.
  2. Open Account & streak and choose Delete account.
  3. Read the confirmation and confirm. Your account, streak and nickname are deleted; finished games stay but are anonymous. This cannot be undone.

No access to the app?

Write to [email protected] from the email address linked to your Google or Apple sign-in, or include your friend code (shown in the app under Friends). We use it only to check that the account is yours, then delete it. If you can give neither, tell us what you can and we will find another way to verify.

What is deleted

  • Your account and sign-in link (Google or Apple identifier), your nickname and your streak.
  • Your friendships, friend requests and block list.
  • Your notification tokens (duel and chat notifications).
  • Reports about you. Open duels are cancelled.
  • Chat messages are removed when either of you deletes the account.

What we keep, and for how long

  • Finished game records stay without any link to you (anonymous).
  • Chat messages are deleted automatically after 180 days at the latest, even if nobody deletes an account.
  • Purchase records stay with Apple, Google and RevenueCat under their own rules; we cannot delete those for you.
  • Error reports and analytics are kept for a limited period set in those services (Sentry, PostHog), without names or emails.
  • Contact messages are kept as long as needed to answer you.
  • Anything we must keep by law or to prevent abuse.
